Having worked in and around the property industry for over 10 years Mark has a keen interest in building products and services that can thrive within the rapidly evolving property industry. Experience working in financial services and the startup community Mark brings a modern perspective to service delivery.
Hannah joins HomeScan with extensive property management experience. Having managed a large portfolio of privately rented properties in her native Australia she is well placed to provide a consistent service to our growing client base of local landlords. Hannah brings a professional and friendly approach to the HomeScan team, making sure we are always ahead of the game.
Michelle and her team ensure all of our reports reach our clients accurately and on time. Michelle has been crucial within HomeScan for a number of years; her dedication and professionalism have allowed HomeScan to grow efficiently.
Katie joins HomeScan having worked within the property management and Media industries. Katie’s personable approach and natural understanding of what are clients need on a day to day basis allows HomeScan to offer a thorough and efficient service.
Charlotte established HomeScan having experienced eight successful years working for one of London’s leading agencies. Charlotte’s drive, determination and will to succeed has provided HomeScan with a strong foundation from which to grow.
We guarantee reliability, as all our inventory clerks go through a rigorous in-house training program and have to be accredited by either the APIP or the AIIC. They have the expertise to understand why an inventory reduces disputes and now, HomeScan adds an extra layer of protection to that. We train all of our clerks to take clear photos and videography, and this coupled with their expertise in inventories give all of our clients a great deal of peace of mind.
